Dortek are the leading manufacturer of specialist hygienic doors and automation systems for: Healthcare & Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, Cleanrooms, Research Laboratories, Food Manufacturing, Leisure/Swimming Pools and Supermarkets across SE Asia.
Our expansion into Asia allowed us to bring our manufacturing excellence, latest techniques and state of the art production facilities into new markets. Dortek hygienic doors, manufactured in Malaysia, have been installed into 18 of the global top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturers and the top 5 infant nutrition manufacturers. We have handled project sizes of up to $1.5m internationally and markets covered include: Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand.
With more than 40 years’ research and development, we deliver innovation, durability and advanced technologies across complex bespoke door packages for our customers. We deliver a total solution from initial design through to door schedule approval to manufacture, installation and commissioning of complex door projects. On hand are our experienced project teams located in Singapore, Malaysia and Shanghai, between them they hold over 140 years’ experience delivering any complex, bespoke door packages to any specification.
In total, we hold 32 fire certifications independently verified in Asia and Europe and are fully compliant with FS332 – 2007 (Singapore), GB12955 – 2008 (China).
